Oct. 21, 8:15 p.m.

A warrant arrest of Raul Mendez-Remirez, 28, non-student, Escondido occurred at 100 block East Carmel Street. Officers did a traffic stop on the vehicle he was travelling in as a passenger. The officers did a routine computer check and found he had a previous arrest for DUI. Mr. Mendez-Ramirez was arrested and put in Vista Detention Facility.

Oct. 24, 2:20 a.m.

Officers arrested Ethan Stouder, 19, non-student, San Diego for being drunk in public on Village Drive and Twin Oaks Valley Road. The officers found him in the middle of the drive way and realized he was intoxicated. He was taken to Vista County Jail and was later released.
