Run for your life

It’s true; exercising at any time of the day is better than not exercising at all. But that doesn’t mean all times are equally good to work out.
Many people prefer afternoon or late night workouts, but in reality, quality morning workouts can be superior to those that take place at another time of day.
Those who take advantage of morning workouts reap the most rewards. By working out in the morning, you are more likely to get a better night of sleep. The benefit of better sleep is that it makes you less likely to wake up drowsy, according to the a poll done by the National Sleep Foundation in 2013.
Another benefit of morning workouts is that it gets your endorphins going. Endorphins are a group of peptides in your brain and other tissue that, when activated, raise your pain threshold. So if you’re feeling crabby in the morning, any type of exercise can jolt your endorphins, sending you on your way to a productive day.
After exercising, a person’s metabolism is increased, which means they are capable of burning calories long after a workout. Why not use that to your advantage and burn calories throughout the day?
When a person is sleeping, there is no calorie intake, so your elevated metabolism has less to breakdown after an evening workout. However, after a morning workout, metabolism levels are elevated during the day, which is when the most caloric intake takes place.
Logic speaks for itself here; it is best to have a high metabolism when your food intake is at its highest compared to its lowest.
By getting exercise out of the way right from the get go, one’s outlook on their diet changes for the better. You’re already proud of yourself for getting up and doing your body a favor, so why throw it all away with junk food for lunch?
If you workout at night, there’s the possibility of making a mistake in your diet, causing you to fight that mistake instead of working outwith the sole goal of improving on where you were yesterday.
There’s nothing wrong with working out in the evening, Because, like stated before, something is better than nothing, especially when it comes to working out. However, the benefits of working out in the morning outweigh the benefits of working out later.
Why exercise at night and miss out on all of the benefits? Set that alarm an hour back and knock out your exercise early in order to reap all the rewards from a morning workout.
