Peeping Tom

University Police Department issued a warning Wednesday of a reported “Peeping Tom” at about 3 p.m in the fourth floor of Kellogg Library
The suspect is described as in his early 20s and is approximately 5’ 4”, white male with brown eyes and curly dark brown hair that hangs below his earlobes. He wore Doc Martin-style shoes, black Dickie-style pants, a dark shirt and black jacket.
A female was in the bathroom of the fourth floor of Kellogg Library and noticed a man looking at her from underneath the stall partition. She yelled and the man left immediately.
