Autumn is here, friends, and with this season comes some of the most festive recipes of the year! If you’re looking for a fall-inspired dessert to make for parties and get-togethers, look no further than this marshmallow s’more pops recipe!
To create this sweet ‘n salty treat, here are the ingredients that you’ll need:
- 25 marshmallows
- 25 caramel squares
- ¼ cup of butter
- ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- ½ cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 25 pretzel sticks
Begin by placing a pretzel stick into each of the marshmallows to create the marshmallow pop. set them on a cookie sheet lined with just enough wax paper to cover the sheet.
Next, combine the caramel squares, butter and condensed milk in a small glass bowl and melt for two minutes in the microwave. To achieve the smoothest caramel, I recommend stirring the mixture every 20 seconds until the caramels have seamlessly dissolved.
Heat up the chocolate chips in a small glass bowl for one minute in the microwave, and stir about every 20 seconds until the chocolate has completely melted.
Take a marshmallow pop and dip half of the marshmallow into the caramel and the other half into the chocolate.
After the marshmallow is covered in chocolate and caramel goodness, dip the marshmallow pop in the graham cracker crumbs and let it sit on the cookie sheet. Repeat these steps with each marshmallow and you’ll be left with 25 delectable little s’more pops!
Feel free to substitute any of the dipping ingredients with your favorite flavors and toppings! However you approach this recipe, these marshmallow pops are sure to make a sweet, memorable addition to any cozy autumn gathering.
