One of Adult Swim’s infamous games is now an application for the iPhone.  No longer do you need bulky computers to play.  Your “Z” and “X” buttons will thank you later.  For the price of $2.99, the Robot Unicorn Attack application will be in your device in a matter of minutes.  For those with the iPad, the HD version of Robot Unicorn Attack is available for 99 cents.  Simply visit the App Store in iTunes to purchase both.

“Robot Unicorn Attack” is a flash game on AdultSwim.com.  In the game, you are a star-smashing, fairy-attacking, robotic unicorn.  As you attempt to chase your dreams, Erasure’s song “Always” is played in a loop. (It is completely normal to catch yourself singing that song alone.)

To succeed in this strange world filled with rainbows and floating islands, all you need to do is to dash and jump.  You can give your keyboard a rest because the application made “dash” and “jump” buttons.  The speed of the game increases as you continue playing. Metallic dolphins start leaping, following you.  Be careful though! While the landscape may repeat, a simple, unexpected little hill can crush the robotic, mystical equestrian.  Do not worry.  You have three chances to destroy stars and fairies.  At the end of the game, all three scores are summed into a grand total.
