Cal State San Marcos filmmaker Armand Gutierrez has published a short film featuring the editing staff of The Cougar Chronicle.
As the new videographer and film editor for The Chronicle, Gutierrez plans to publish a number of short films during the 2013-2014 academic year that will be published on The Cougar Chronicle Channel on Youtube.com.
