Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching and the sudden feeling of wanting to eat every carb in sight emerges.

While it is okay to treat yourself to some of the decadent, carb-loaded items in your Thanksgiving meal, consider swapping out some desserts for healthier choices.

Keto spiced pecan muffins are the perfect treat to indulge in without the guilt. Not only do they omit a mixture of fall fragrance but they are also delicious and low carb.

Begin by heating oven to 400 degrees and line a muffin pan with liners. Add eggs, sweetener, butter, almond milk and vanilla to a large bowl and beat with an electric mixture.

Once all items are well beaten and the texture is smooth add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Prepare the muffins for baking by pouring the batter into the muffin pan.

Reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
