Inspired by the hit CW reality series, “America’s Next Top Model,” California State University San Marcos’s bookstore is holding a contest to judge who has the potential to become the top model of the school. March 1 – April 1, aspiring male and female models can submit a photo of themselves dressed in CSUSM apparel and enter it into the contest. The determined winner is crowned CSUSM’s Top Model. The student body will vote one male and one female winner by voting on the CSUSM bookstore’s Facebook page. Each picture that receives the most “likes” wins the contest.

Any current CSUSM student with a valid student ID may enter and the contest permits only one photo submission per student. If you need help with taking a photo, the employees in the store are happy to take one for you. When contestants have a photo ready, they submit their photo to csusmbookstore@csusm. edu or walk it into the store. In either case, the photo must be digital format, preferably on a CD. Voting takes place April 4 – 15. Anyone on Facebook may vote for the winner. In the event of a tie, the bookstore’s facebook page will hold a tiebreaker.

The University Bookstore’s Facebook page will feature the winning photos, and winners receive a $50 gift card for the bookstore.
