For someone looking to learn proper table manners and social behavior, the annual Etiquette Dinner is the perfect event to attend.
On Oct. 24, the seasonal Etiquette Dinner hosted by CSUSM’s Career Center took place at the Lake San Marcos Golf Course. Those in attendance were exposed to a great tool that can be used in business, networking and when establishing a professional identity.
Sandy “Miss Manners” Punch gave her audience a thorough and accessible set of guidelines for properly behaving in an occasion where eating is necessary. CSUSM is grateful to have director Pam Wells as well as organizers Brenda Dumas and Monica Gillie for organizing the seasonal event.
Anyone who is interested in taking their business abilities to the culinary level should keep an eye open for the next Etiquette Dinner.
